Kahala Brands, a globally recognized leader in quick-service restaurant franchising located in beautiful Scottsdale Arizona, currently has an opportunity for Franchise Development - Lead Qualifier to join the headquarters team. Kahala franchisees and partners operate a portfolio of over 28 quick-service restaurant brands including Cold Stone Creamery, Blimpie, TacoTime and Baja Fresh, among others, in over 20 countries around the world.

The right candidate is enthusiastic, with a high energy personality. A can do attitude, hunger for success and initiative is mandatory! The Lead Qualifier is responsible for the sales process, from initial solicitation through qualified application. This includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline management, and adherence to sales processes. Must passionately represent the brand(s), be able to ethically coach prospects on introduction to the brand(s), and a commitment to hitting monthly goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides tools to assist in achieving goals
  • Is the first point of contact for potential franchise owners.
  • Initiates the lead process and provides on-going support for lead follow up throughout the sales process.
  • Processes new leads from franchise portals into prospect database, including initial response consistently and within required timeframes.
  • Executes assigned email campaigns to lead database contacts and assists with the interested candidate follow up process.
  • Maintains adequate stock of updated franchise sales materials, staying alert of any updates needed to content.
  • Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports
  • Must convert a minimum quantity of leads to qualified leads

  • A 4-year degree in Business or a related field is desired

  • Must display discipline and a competitive spirit
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication via telephone
