The Headlines:
In the role of Forming Specialist working at the Molson Coors Rocky Mountain Bottle Company in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, you will be a part of the Glass Operations Team.
The Responsibilities:

Continuously improves and maintains the Individual Section (I.S.) Machine as well as runs on or above target level of productivity.

Maintaining includes functions such as swabbing mold equipment, inspecting containers, preventing defects, changing equipment, and maintaining housekeeping.

Actively participates in timely shift communications between inspection, tooling, machine repair, etc. and informs upkeeps and management of any process problems.

Assists in the replacement of variable equipment on the I.S. Machine when new parts are needed, such as hangers, baffles, blow heads, invert arms etc.

Observes all company rules concerning safety and housekeeping, and consults with specialists and line management to suggest solutions to any associated problems.

Performs visual inspections of bottles to include bottle finishes, ware handling on conveyors, weight checks, light sides and other visual defects using established inspection criteria.
The Other Qualifications:

Required education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Able to work in a high-pressure production environment.

Ability to work in a self-managed team environment desirable.
-
1 to 2 years working with High-Speed Machinery.

Written and Oral Communication skills a must.
