Position Title: Foreman, General Contracting

What we need: Seneca Companies is currently seeking a Foreman to work within our Kansas City office. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials. Working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential. Responsibilities:

• Study blueprints and diagrams to determine dimensions of structure or form to be constructed.
• Measure materials or distances using a variety of tools to lay out work.
• Cut materials using a variety of tolls.
• Anchor and brace forms and other structures in place.

What you need to have:

• 1 year of experience with framing or trim work

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel weekly on overnights, home on the weekends.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in construction.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor and ability to lift 50 lbs.
