General Description:
This position is responsible for data entry input which includes accounts payable invoices, journal entries, and cash receipts. This position is also responsible for checking posting journals against these entries and balancing several month-end accounts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting environment. Excellent accounting, math, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet. Tyler/Munis Operating systems helpful.)- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license from state of residency.
- Must already possess or obtain National Incident Management Systems (NIMS) 100 and 700 within three (3) months of employment.
