The Field Service department is all about ensuring the best possible customer experiences with VEGA products. From support to repairs, we do whatever it takes to deliver a solution that meets VEGA’s high standard of quality.

We are currently hiring for a Field Service Coordinator to champion scheduling our service engineers visits.

What you’ll do:

  • Schedule service technicians and ensure they receive their work orders.
  • Ensures that customer entry requirements are met for service technicians.
  • Handles service requests from customers.
  • Processes service orders, including entering the orders into the CRM.
  • Invoicing and maintaining customer files.
  • Ensure that training materials are sent for field schools.
  • Handles incoming calls into the department, when necessary.

What you'll need:

  • Associate's degree from 2 year college or technical school AND 6 months to 1 year.
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and CRM software.
