Field Associate Job at Cornerstone Caregiving
Looking to add a Field Associate team member to our Houston, TX Home Base travel team. This individual will report directly to the Director of Field Operations. Field Associate will support initial growth of non-medical home care offices nationwide through weekly meetings with Operating Directors and office visits. 50-75% travel required. Field Associate will assist in training Cornerstone Operating Directors and holding these members accountable for company metrics.
- Train: Train Operating Directors on systems, best practices for marketing, client assessments, and caregiver hiring, and company metrics. Ensure offices are setup properly and efficiently during office visit.
- Grow: Support Operating Directors as they increase billable hours of care, referral source network, and caregiver employee pool. Adhere to Home Base metric expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
