Job Description:
Cactus Family Farms is seeking a Class A CDL Feed Truck Driver to join our team in Orangeburg, SC! The Feed Truck Driver is responsible for hauling feed from the feedmill to our various sites and customers. The driver will have hauls dedicated weekly for specific loads and deliveries.

Work Schedule:
This position is Monday through Friday with an average work week of 45 hours.
Hours are typically from 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Obtains daily work assignments from dispatch and completes any assigned work timely and efficiently
• Assists in the loading and offloading of feed onto the truck
• Facilitates the delivery process by communicating with supervisors, loading staff, customers and other team members.
• Responsible for a quality delivery of product from location to location
• Successfully complete delivery documents and paperwork with receiving personnel
• Abides by all Cactus Family Farms Vehicular Guidelines
• Consistently complete the route and deliveries as directed each day
• Maintain all Cactus Family Farms equipment and secure preventative maintenance as needed
• Additional duties as required to ensure the safe and successful operation of the Transportation Department

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience is required
• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
• Must provide a Satisfactory FMSCA Clearinghouse Query Report

• Class-A CDL
• Motor Vehicle Record Report Required
• Must complete a DOT Physical/Drug Test
