Job Description:

• Operate brand new and well maintained agriculture machinery such as sprayers, tractors, end-loaders, and trucks. to transfer and apply agricultural products to crop fields.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment and machinery with hand and power tools.
• Operate spreaders, floaters, and sprayers such as Rogators and TerraGators to apply chemical and fertilizers.
• Paid training -- we teach you how to operate all of our machinery and equipment.
• Utilize updated technology to provide highly efficient GPS monitoring systems and equipment.
• Adheres to environmental, health, training, and safety policies.
• Assisting customers and upholding excellent customer service.
• Work with employees and leadership to maintain plant, buildings, equipment, and property to create a well-maintained, organized, and efficient operation.
• Work overtime during busy spring and fall season.

What Makes YOU a Great Fit?

• Previous agriculture/farming experience operating farm equipment and machinery.
• Familiar with working overtime and long-hours.
• Knowledge and basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Willing and able to obtain a Class A CDL (not required immediately).
• Must be able to perform physical job duties including bending/stooping, climbing ladders, open/close valves, shoveling, lift and carry 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces when necessary.
• Prior experience operating sprayers, spreaders, and farm machinery and/or construction machinery.
