The Faith Life Kids (FLK) Pastor/Director Admin is responsible for assisting in the preparation for Faith Life Kid’s weekend services. The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about student ministry and devoted to the call of God and vision of Faith Life Church. The FLK Pastor/Director Admin will interact with varying levels of leadership, volunteers and other team members daily by collaborating on schedules, partnering to bring FLK events to life or working together to ensure all FLK tasks are completed on time. The Pastor/ Director Admin will be answering questions, directing tasks to the proper departments, following up on action items and partnering with other departments to ensure all FLK ideas are submitted, tracked and executed. The person for this role will be self-motivated, organized and always display a servant attitude.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize Pastor/Director calendar for each month
  • Attend meetings with and/or on behalf of Pastor
  • Take notes in meetings and follow up on all action items as related to Faith Life Kids or Pastor
  • Assist the Pastor/Director with carrying out the vision for Faith Life Kids Curriculum i.e. ordering costumes, props, etc.
  • Assist the Pastor/Director in communicating to all campus Faith Life Kids coordinator.
  • Ability to manage data with our internal software, Fellowship One and Wryke
  • Ensure successful management of tasks are on schedule with our Faith Life Kids Curriculum
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and contribute positive solutions
  • Perform any additional Administrative tasks as needed such as taking notes, making runs for gift cards, snacks, etc
  • Assisting with Faith Life Kids’ weekend services preparation and filling in classrooms for teacher support, as needed
  • Execute any additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by Pastor/Director

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-year experience in Administrative or support role
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience representing Faith Life Church in a professional manner that glorifies the Lord and the Church
