George Gee Cadillac Kia is a well-establish automotive dealership, located in Coeur d’Alene, ID. We are actively seeking out an Express Service Advisor to join our ever-growing service department! Our service department is constantly busy and there is always work to be done! Working as our Express Service Advisor, you would be providing aid to our clients that are getting express services done to their vehicles. The ideal candidate would have prior experience working as an express advisor with a great work ethic.

Express Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
• Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Express Service Advisor Qualifications

• 1-3 years of strong Customer Service experience. Previous Automotive experience is a plus, but not required!
• A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention-to-detail.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
