We are Jacksonville's premier turnkey company serving the First Coast's multi-family housing industry and are looking for a professional, experienced, and detail-oriented to join our tight-knit team. Locally-owned and operated for over 21 years, we are the largest turnkey operation in Northeast Florida and the primary provider to over 300 apartment homes and commercial facilities throughout the area. A high percentage of our business is from repeat clients and referrals; we are customer service focused and need like-minded people to join our team.

Job Summary

This position is fast paced and stellar professionalism is a must. We operate as a team and focus on building relationships with our clients and employees. The Executive Assistant oversees all levels of operations, client relationships, sales and administrative staff. This position reports to and works closely with the owner while defining, implementing and monitoring processes and procedures required for continuous and successful business.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute business plans and strategies.
  • Continually assess performance levels throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Resolve issues by focusing first on improving processes and improving the level of knowledge and competence of team members.
  • Recruit and hire new employees as well as evaluate and develop current team members effectively while also taking corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with the company policies and in collaboration with the owner.
  • Keeps up-to-date on information and technology affecting functional areas to increase innovation, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Focuses on customer expectations, prevention of problems, and continuous improvement.
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability ; Develop, monitor, and report on operating costs and continuously drive operational improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Construction/multi-family/turnkey experience a plus

Physical Demands

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, and kneeling. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, additional availability is often necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
