Entry Level Shift managers Job at Penn Station East Coast Subs
- Supervise a restaurant team, maintain adequate staffing levels, properly train team members, ensuring compliance with all Penn Station policies and procedures, and coach to improve performance
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Motivate team
- Work various shifts, ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work with customers, registers, phones and computers
Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including but not limited to managing.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
