We're seeking an ENTRY-LEVEL Billing assistant to create and send invoices and update records with new customer information. The billing assistant will also assist with sending out payment reminders and work directly with customers to follow up regarding money owed.
Essential Functions

- Assisting Billing Specialist – (tasks, onboarding attorneys, renaming invoices, editing invoices, filing, sending and monitoring emails, etc.)
- Help with Attorney's Past Due A/R
- Job duties (During Billing):
- Sending/Editing attorney's prebills
- Renaming/Editing/Sending finalized invoices to clients. All other duties assigned.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with electronic filing systems and Adobe Writer
Required Education and experience
High school diploma/GED. - Previous experience as a billing clerk or in a similar role.
