Englewood Family Seeking Engaging Nanny Manager - $60K - $75K Job at ABC Nannies & Domestics

Location: Hampden and S. Downing Street, Englewood
Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday (your choice!) with 40 hours guaranteed each week. Mom and Dad are happy to accommodate however you’d like to build those hours within your work week, as long as you are able to work until 7:30/8 pm. (Examples: M-Th: 10am - 8pm or M/T: 8am-8pm, W: 10am-8pm, Th: 2-6pm). They do request an occasional overnight if Dad is traveling for work!
About the Family:
- Though your primary charge will be one infant, five amazing children live in this home! The oldest are 16 and 14-years-old and self-sufficient. The 12-year-old is out of the home, often, with sports and friends, but she will occasionally need a school or sport pickup. The 8-year-old is excited to meet their new Nanny Manager, and would love help after school with his homework and some one-on-one time. The youngest is just over a month old, and will be your primary focus!
- Dad works out of the home, and Mom is an absolutely lovely SAHM!
- A medium-sized dog lives in the home!
- This sweet, stay-at-home Mom is genuinely looking forward to welcoming a teammate into the home! Mom says some days are busy, other days are quiet, and would love a Nanny Manager who thrives off of being a part of a team, has infant experience, and is ready for lots of love from this wonderful crew!
About the Job:
- All standard Nanny Manager duties including family laundry, meal prep, grocery shopping, and planning fun and engaging activities for their baby and 8-year-old! Mom understands autonomy in the workplace but will be there to tag team with you as the family needs.
- Driving requirements-mileage reimbursement offered.
- The family would love their Nanny Manager to travel with them 1-2 times a year for short trips!
- All standard benefits, including 10 days of PTO/sick days (additional to coordinate), paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered.
- Standard vaccinations including flu, t-dap and Covid are strongly preferred, but not required.
The Ideal Candidate: will be a true team player, ready to jump into action where needed! Multiples and recent infant experience is required, as well as 3+ years of full-time, in-home nanny experience. ECE experience is a bonus, but not required!
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay (Gross): hourly rate equivalent to a salary of $60k - $75k/year (gross)
