Electrician Job at RPE Contracting
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out construction, installation and maintenance of electrical systems. You will be in charge of installing and maintaining electrical systems, like power generation and distribution, as well as repairing faulty cables. As an Electrician, you should have a high level of technical knowledge and be able to read electrical plans and produce required documentation. A good knowledge of mathematics is necessary to calculate the correct wire sizes or conduit sizes.
Responsibilities:
- Repair, Installation and Maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Assemble, install and repair cables for lighting, power and control purposes.
- Install and repair electronic circuitry used in computers, motors and other high-voltage applications.
- Inspect wiring systems for safety and functionality.
- Renew electrical panels, transformers and fuse boxes.
- Install light fixtures.
- Work with plumbing systems to ensure they are properly vented.
- Patch holes in walls, ceilings etc.
- Fabricate metal components.
