Casper is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to develop and execute strategies and tactics to optimize Casper.com and the Casper Blog, manage the content management system (CMS), improve organic search presence, generate demand and drive conversions.

When you're not catching zzz's, this is what you'll do

• Execute the SEO strategy and project manage the roadmap of initiatives around organic campaigns in partnership with the Ecommerce team, with a focus on increasing traffic, revenue, and visibility for Casper.com.
• Work with agency partners to develop our blog content marketing strategy and to expand our audience reach
• Identify areas of opportunity where paid media dollars could drive additional high-quality traffic to Casper.com through promotion of blog content
• Maintain and optimize our blog infrastructure (currently in Wordpress)
• Work closely with the digital product team to enhance and optimize site infrastructure, architecture & improve overall technical health of Casper.com
• Monitor SEO performance, highlighting progress of performance/KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence. Partner with our agency to make recommendations and implement changes
• Proactively surface content creation & optimization opportunities based on consumer search trends and competitor analysis

Our dream candidate:

• 2-3 years of relative experience, 1-2 of those years in organic search campaigns
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience is ideal, but not required
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and interest in new technologies
• Entrepreneurial problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset
• Willing to be bold and propose exciting/interesting concepts to challenge the status quo
• Highly data-driven and analytical

Targeted Annual Base Salary Range: $60,000-80,000 USD

Casper's compensation philosophy ensures that the actual base salary is based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, experience, special training, time in position, and/or years of service.
