Our client is looking for an E-Discovery Consultant to assist with backlogged files, building out the E-dispensary and creating a streamlined process to help with work flow. This is full-time, remote opportunity, starting with a 6 month contract, then hiring on with the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Inventory all drives and evidence that is in the cyber security safe
- Get evidence and working drives synchronized (drives used previously do match between evidence/working)
- Go through unstructured Bitlocker files and put in a cohesive data set – bunch of text files and spreadsheets in SharePoint
- Add custodians to eDiscovery cases using new way discussed in Lima training (4 cases)
- Create logical images for all physical images currently in inventory
- Update Collection and Dispatch templates in Lima to add time field
- Create eDiscovery metrics and dashboard using Lima
- Create/update playbooks, based on processes currently executed, which are not documented
- Review implementation of EnCase Endpoint Investigator and report gaps observed

- Perform device Imaging where requested
- Install Cellebrite on VM on analysis laptop
- Update/verify Cellebrite license and add to inventory in Lima
- Inventory all mobile device images that IT put on SharePoint
- Develop use cases for XRY and image and inventory remaining mobile devices
- Create Azure blob storage for XRY images
- Move all XRY images to the newly created Azure blob
- Investigate and resolve issues with EnCase processor node in Azure
- Image all litigation-hold devices
- Assist with testing O365 accounts
- Recreate all active cases in Lima
- Change all litigation holds to in-place holds
- Work with legal on cleaning up current litigation hold list
- Respond to litigation hold queries from IT
- Collect litigation hold devices from Tivoli and HH
- Create business flow for querying litigation hold from IT so we can use ServiceNow
- Work eDiscovery cases when tasked by Legal, Compliance or Human Resources
