Job Title: Distiller (Nights)
Job Type: Manufacturing
Reports to: Distillation Manager
Salary Range: $16 - $20 per hour
Location: Pueblo, CO 81006
Position Objective: We are seeking a strong individual for our distillation department in producing cannabis extracts. This individual should be flexible to changes in their responsibilities, hardworking with a ‘can-do’ attitude, and consider themselves to be a team player. The distiller is principally responsible for the quality of the final product through our refinement processes. This requires a high knowledge of various distillation equipment and cannabinoid extraction methods. As a Distiller the work performed by the employee shall be under the general supervision of the Distillate Manufacturer.
Essential Functions: ·
Operate all distillation systems on-site in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures·
Perform all daily tasks including janitorial functions (sweeping, cleaning, mopping, taking out trash, washing fixtures, etc.) of assigned work areas ·
Collaborate with other team members to meet daily, weekly, and team production and quality standards. ·
Observe and maintain the highest standards of 5S methodology while performing all daily activities ·
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly routine equipment cleaning, maintenance, and repair as directed·
Record all material changes and waste into the Metrc Inventory Tracking system per compliance standards·
Ensure all production details are entered and accurately recorded into the ERP tracking system ·
Maintain the daily processing logs ·
Maintain and track the OEE tracking sheets ·
Assist in lab analysis, sample cataloging, and track compliance data for all distilled products produced on-site ·
Minimize cross contamination while working with multiple batches ·
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations ·
Strong attention to detail and overall quality of materials while producing cannabis products ·
Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, possess an inquisitive mindset and eagerness to learn new things. ·
Work effectively with other team members helping drive company standards of conduct.

Education and Experience Required: ·
Must be at least 21 years of age ·
High School Diploma or GED ·
Must possess, at his/her own expense, an unexpired MED Industry Employee badge prior to employment and at all times thereafter as an employee of the company. ·
Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods at a time ·
Must be able to lift a 50-pound load and carry it for 50 feet repeatedly ·
Strong Communication ·
Possess a high level of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment ·
Proven ability to work with little to no supervision and be able to follow directions precisely ·
Must be mechanically inclined with an aptitude for operating complex machinery.
Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)·
Flexible schedule to possibly include mornings, evenings, and weekends·
This position is held within a highly compliant and secure manufacturing facility. ·
