Driver Dispatch/ Complaince Support Staff
Job Summary:
Weekend 2nd shift: 4:00pm – 12:00am Sunday - Thursday
The Compliance Department ensures all DOT employees are in compliance with DOT FMCSA regulations. It is the driver dispatcher’s responsibility to provide direct oversight to the drivers and resources assigned to their board to ensure we are providing customers with the highest level of service while operating profitably in accordance with DOT regulations.

Essential Functions
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Answering phones
- Hours of Service audits and monthly reports
- Driver training on Hours of Service
- Knowledge of PeopleNet System
- Punctual Attendance
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to operate standard office machines
- Ability to clearly and professionally communicate
- Ability to work varying hours and rotating schedule of days off
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Ability to learn new procedures quickly and efficiently
- Knowledge of FMCSA Hours of Service Regulations preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
