Job Description:
Properly wash and sanitize dishware and keep dish area clean and organized.
Job Responsibilities:
- Washes all dishes from the restaurant
- Washes pots and pans from the kitchen
- Restock plate ware for the restaurant and kitchen
- Practice and uphold proper safety and sanitation
- Mop floors
- Clean the dishwashing machine
- Clean sinks
- Clean drains
- Any other duties assign by a manager
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred
- Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Works calmly and executes job duties effectively under pressure
- High safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- Be able to lift 40lbs or more
- Be comfortable standing during entire shift
- Food Handlers Certificate
