DIRECTOR OF SURGICAL SERVICES- WELLINGTON, FLORIDA
FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE
- FTEs : __250__
- Must have Director level experience in Surgical Services
- Must be a RN with BSN
- Very much heart hospital there
- 4 managers, looking for a 5th
- Starting transplant, going for 5th manager, manager for endo/pacu, Pre-op, SPD
- Need someone who can build relationships fast, listen to surgeons & feedback, start process
- Need someone with large hospital experience
- 22 OR’s, 2- CVOR’s, hybrid room, soon to be 2 hybrid rooms, 3 CV surgeons
- Thoracic program, vascular program, 2 robots, general surgery, large ortho
No Union
- High volume, very complex environment
- Divided in 4 different types of OR’s, general, CV, ortho/neuro, robots
- Only thing don’t do is transplant & burn, but transplant coming next year
- Have tavers, complex on general side, cancer & whipples
- 200 ED Visits a day, not a trauma center, very complex
About 700-800 a month, also have Vascular institute space, director currently oversees nursing part of that, might change that
