The Director Talent Acquisition is responsible for the functionality and operation of all recruitment activities. You will lead a clinician recruitment and onboarding team, helping to build processes, efficiency, and reporting. You will work with your team on creative solutions that will not only fill immediate positions but build the pipeline of candidates for the future. This position requires the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively create solutions in a talent-short market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for effectively leading and driving the clinical recruitment team to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Research and develop multiple viable recruitment strategies in various geographies to produce long-term, quality candidates and a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Create and execute a multi-year recruitment strategy that scales with company growth projections.
  • Build processes that can scale with the company's growth around recruitment, sourcing, onboarding, and licensing.
  • Stay current on market conditions and competitive environment impacting recruitment and translate understanding into sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships or acquisitions in partnership with leadership.
  • Collection, analysis, and reporting of recruitment data that aids the organization in making key decisions, process improvement, and performance management.
  • Collaborates on contracts or professional service agreements that impact the recruitment team, including negotiating and advocating terms from the recruitment perspective.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop recruitment marketing strategies and schedules to keep contractor supply full.
  • Participate in company projects, being the recruitment advocate and subject matter expert.
  • Assist the People Operations team with corporate recruitment.
  • Mastery of communication skills, both written and verbal; demonstrated ability to effectively present information internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to lead and organize projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to comprehend and analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action.
  • Strong leadership ability and expertise in developing and articulating a vision and strategic direction.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with others based on mutual respect and trust.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience (with 3+ years of progressive management experience) in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in a staffing, healthcare or education environment
  • CRM or ATS experience required
  • Recruitment marketing strategy experience, preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for team meetings, conferences, events, etc.
  • Attending conferences and or meetings is an essential part of this role, which may require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination per CDC guidelines.
