Our Director of Human Resources will have the opportunity to participate in the leadership of our company by making new policies that affect staff and creating incentives for employees. Our growing department needs a leader with experience in HR, and we're looking for someone who can help us reach our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the director of operations informed of all operational activities.
- Support the staff and managers in solving problems.
- Assist in the maintenance of a safe work environment.
- Maintain a good relationship between employees, supervisors, and the director of operations.
- Assist in the evaluation of staff and ensure professionalism.
- Keep information up to date in the Employee Handbook and other documents as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,285.27 - $128,832.50 per year
