DIRECTOR - NURSE – PSYCHIATRY - BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Horizon Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse with management experience to be the Director over the 23-bed inpatient Geriatric Psychiatry Unit and 15- bed inpatient Adolescent Psychiatry Unit in the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, MO -- 36 minutes from Cape Girardeau; 52 minutes from Poplar Bluff; and 2 hrs 16 minutes from St. Louis.
Responsibilities include:
1) The development and maintenance of a high-quality treatment program
2) The development and implementation of a comprehensive community relations program
3) Strategic planning, program administration, and development
4) Oversight of nursing care on programs and nurse supervision

Must have a BSN or MSN plus at least three years of psychiatric management experience in a hospital setting.
