Our growing RPO division is looking for a motivated and experienced Director Client Delivery to join our team! This role will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to achieve the company’s growth and transformation. You will identify opportunities to drive engagement and build engagement plans that are aligned with the business strategy.
Director Client Delivery Responsibilities:
- Addressing all client requests and concerns
- Building relationships and collaborating with clients
- Managing the engagement strategy
- Tracking and managing all engagement metrics
- Managing and monitoring the engagement budget
- Providing regular reporting on the engagement performance
