We are looking for a Content Marketing leader who could bring INRY strategy to life through a blended role of strategy, communications & marketing.


Job Responsibilities -


  • Strategist (in the copywriter skills):

Understand and document the company strategy

    • Simplify and crystalize the strategy into content that is repeatable, scalable, and easy to remember
    • Capture what we do, why we do what we do and how we are different in content that is more consistent and easier to follow.
    • Create messages by channel: Identify the audiences, channels, Customers, Partners (ServiceNow), and team

  • Direct / Lead content creation
    • Marketing messages:
  • Draft and review outlines of all marketing content to align with the strategy
  • Enforce alignment of all content to strategy
  • Conduct market research
    • Project success stories
      • Work with the solution design team and the delivery team to review projects in progress and understand the delivered outcomes.
      • Craft the core message of success stories to align with the strategy and our market position
      • Conduct Market research to identify target audiences and key market dynamics to develop a content marketing strategy that drives inbound leads, builds awareness of our solutions, and continues to position us as a leader in our market.

  • Marketing - Develop a communication plan and an editorial Calendar for all the marketing content and strictly adhere to it

  • Educate INRY team - Across marketing, solution design, sales, delivery, and HR teams to ensure consistency of message internally and externally

  • Analyze, refine and update - Reviewing analytics data and trends in CRM and PSA to determine where we are excelling in our marketing efforts and where improvements can be made

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience with a background in any one of the below:
    • Marketing Strategy
    • Marketing Execution
    • Content creation / Copy editing
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to pull in the right resources (internal or external) to do different pieces of the work and collaborate with the other teams
  • Willingness and ability to work in complex, globally distributed, and diverse environments
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
  • Proficient with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
