The Arc Montgomery County's Inclusive Living Services - Personal Supports, has vacancy for Direct Support Professional who will be responsible for providing supports, guidance and supervision to individuals living in their own homes/apartments. Typical supports to the people we support are provided based on the individual's service funding plan and the individual plan.
High School Diploma or GED equivalency; or at least 18 years of age and one year of experience. Must also have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
General knowledge of the community and resources relevant to the needs of the individuals supported. Some specialized training may be required prior to or during employment, based on the needs of the individuals we support.
The Arc Montgomery County requires all employees to provide proof of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
$16.42 - $17.25 per hour depending on education and experience
