Our Chappaqua, NY Day Habilitation Program is looking for Direct Support Professionals to join our team! Opportunities available in site based or community based (WOW/ Without Walls) programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals in a classroom setting.
- Integrate individuals into the community to participate in recreational, leisure, and/or volunteer activities.
- Role model socialization skills for individuals.
- Assist individuals with daily living such as personal care.
- Transport individuals to and from day program and/or recreational outings.
- Help individuals achieve their goals based on their preferences and abilities.
- HS/GED
- Valid Driver's License
