Summary:

This position is responsible for developing and implementing the digital media strategy for Aramark Uniform Services including B2B and B2C segments. The role will be responsible for digital acquisitions beginning with targeting, to lead generation, through conversion and ROAS. The Digital Media Manager will collaborate with multi-functional groups to ensure objectives are met. This position will report to the Vice President, Digital and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives digital demand generation, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Manage lead lifecycle with the goal of improving conversion and shopping cart value.
  • Leads media optimization throughout paid and search strategies and tactics.
  • Review and analyze user experience data to inform customer journey enhancements, review program performance and make adjustments to enable growth.
  • Contributes to roadmap of site enhancements.
  • Creation & maintenance of tools and training related to digital media.
  • Develops email marketing campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) performance
  • Manages search Engine Marketing (SEM) performance – paid, social, display, retargeting, etc.
  • Collaborates with 3rd party vendors.-
  • Implements targeted promotion strategies to segmented customer groups.
  • Track and manage initiatives to allocated budget and calendar.
  • Develop and manage performance reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. Concentration in Marketing and/or digital media management preferred.
  • Digitally Savvy – Brings solid Digital Marketing background and capabilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing & implementing a successful digital strategies in both the business to business and consumer product and service industries.
  • Experience working with 3rd Party Agencies.
  • Strong understanding of key Digital Marketing principles & activities (i.e. SEO/SEM, Acquisition, Conversion, Marketing Communication, Brand Message, etc.).
  • Excellent Project Management and Customer Facing skills with proven experience directing change.
  • Strong communication skills will include: oral communication, presentation and influencing, as well as the ability to communicate with all levels in and out of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of mobile, tablet and desktop functionality (UI/UX)
  • Experience with agile development is preferred
  • Working knowledge of digital tech (CMS / DAM / etc.)

Compensation: The salary rate for this position ranges from $85K to $95K, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
