Digital Media Analyst & Insights (5+ Years Agency Experience a Must)

A well-known specialty media agency in youth and family focused consumer products seeks a dynamic Digital Media Analyst to join our New Jersey HQ to analyze, organize and optimize advertising campaigns across our exciting and growing roster of national and global partners.

We are currently seeking a seasoned Digital Analyst to join our media team where you will set up campaigns and analyze, optimize, and build performance reports in our media department. The right candidate will be proficient in setting up digital first campaigns across all relevant kid and mom platforms, with emphasis in YouTube, TikTok, In-App, Gaming, CTV, Paid Social, PPC, SEM, Pinterest, and relevant and emerging environments. You will work alongside our talented performance team to pull and analyze campaign data across key digital platforms, with an emphasis on YouTube. You will uncover and discover audience insights, devise data driven tests, and optimize and report to clients in weekly and bi-weekly campaign performance reports.

Main Duties and Responsibilities for Digital Media Analyst & Insights

· Set up and maintain campaigns, including tracking, data collection and client reporting across a multitude of crisscrossing consumer facing accounts.

· Prepare presentation slides, analytic reports and other visualizations.

· Monitor and Update reporting, using Datorama, enabling agency team and clients to view campaign performance, key performance trends, and pacing.

· Develop actionable insights beyond standard reporting to drive strategic marketing and campaign direction.

· Provide campaign analysis insights that will drive business results and inform strategic planning and optimization.

· Ensure data integrity by leveraging media analytics reporting suites.

· Uncover actionable audience insights, ad creative, platforms, etc.

· Manage multiple ongoing campaigns and deadlines

Skills & Qualifications for Digital Media Analyst & Insights

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 5+ years of relevant media ad agency experience (Kid and Mom experience helpful)

· Knowledge of digital analytics and reporting

· Intimate knowledge of web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics)

· Deep understanding and familiarity with setting up and reporting on YouTube

· Familiarity on other digital media platforms (FB/IG; Twitter, TikTok, Roblox, etc.)

· Experience with conversion tracking and analytics platforms

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PPT

· Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and emerging technologies

Knowledge Required
Strong analytical skills required, including ability to analyze raw data, identify trend drivers, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes.

Strong organizational skills with ability to aggregate information and data from multiple sources

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to take ownership, convey and package technical findings. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Position is client facing.
