Diesel Technician

Al Packer Ford West Palm Beach is looking for a Master Certified Diesel Technician. Ford Certification is a plus, but not a requirement. We actively need an experienced engine technician.

An experience technician will easily earn over $100,000 per year with the workload we have! Pay is based on experience and certifications easily exceeding $61.25 for every hour worked!

Essential duties include:

• Work closely with Service Director to create a team environment producing highly effective results.
• Performing all manner of automotive repairs (depending on specialization) from simple maintenance to EV’s.
• Complete repairs to Ford Motor Company standards.
• Create and maintain an exemplary customer experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 – 4 years’ related experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written
• Organized, multi-tasking; adapts to a fast-paced environment
• Personable, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service, both internal and external.
• Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance
