Roles & Responsibilities

  • Hardware break-fix services for desktop and laptop hardware
  • IMAC services for desktop, laptop and other EUC devices.
  • Smart Hand Support for Server, Network, MFD, and other site-specific IT devices
  • Vendor coordination services which include, MFD, escort and issue management during scheduled full day visit.
  • Audio & Video conferencing support for user related issues.
  • Mobile device support for user related issues.
  • Asset and inventory updating in ServiceNow asset management.
  • Smart hand support services which includes but not limited to connecting cables to router, switches and hub Moving cables into RJ-45 jack outlet at the end user desk for user/ desk movement Plug / Unplug of power cables connections) and Plug/ Unplug of cables into PBX systems (smart hand)
  • Follow Covid protocols as per local Government norms & regulations.
