Roles & Responsibilities
- Hardware break-fix services for desktop and laptop hardware
- IMAC services for desktop, laptop and other EUC devices.
- Smart Hand Support for Server, Network, MFD, and other site-specific IT devices
- Vendor coordination services which include, MFD, escort and issue management during scheduled full day visit.
- Audio & Video conferencing support for user related issues.
- Mobile device support for user related issues.
- Asset and inventory updating in ServiceNow asset management.
- Smart hand support services which includes but not limited to connecting cables to router, switches and hub Moving cables into RJ-45 jack outlet at the end user desk for user/ desk movement Plug / Unplug of power cables connections) and Plug/ Unplug of cables into PBX systems (smart hand)
- Follow Covid protocols as per local Government norms & regulations.
