Example responsibilities of our current dental receptionists are:
-Keeping consistent communication with our patients
-Checking patients in/out with consent forms, paperwork, etc.
-Handling continuing care/recare phone calls, answering phones
-Sending out birthday and greeting cards
-Making patient appointments
-Verifying insurances
-Entering patient information and treatment
-Willingness to occasionally travel between our four locations (Culver City, Echo Park, Hollywood, Fairfax)
Patients language demographic is English, Spanish, and Tagalog.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.04 - $19.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients and staff are required to wear masks in healthcare settings. Temperature and screening done accordingly and PPE is provided. Routine cleaning of area with provided cleaning supplies.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Los Angeles, CA 90066: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
