Periodontal Associates has immediate need for a full time and part time hygienist in our Hershey, PA office. Our ideal candidate is passionate about patient education, able to develop excellent patient rapport, can work dynamically in a team setting, and possesses expertise in periodontal disease, treatment and prevention.

Full time hours are Monday-Thursday. Part time hours would be Tuesday and/or Wednesday depending on candidate's availability.

Hours are as follows:

• Monday 7:30am - 4pm
• Tuesday 7:30am - 5pm
• Wednesday 7:30am - 4pm
• Thursday 7:30am - 5pm

First Patient begins at 8 am, one hour lunch break, no late evenings or weekends!

Duties/Responsibilities: Local anesthesia administration, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and oral hygiene instruction. Sterilization and inventory as needed.

We provide 1 hour per perio maintenance, and 1 hour per quadrant of scaling for appointment completion. Average maximum of 8 patients per day.

Job Types Available: Full-time (Mon-Thu), Part-time (Tue-Wed)

Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour, dependent on experience

BONUS Structure: Monthly bonus for hygienists based on percentage of collections and additional quarterly bonus structure for all staff (eligible after 90 days probationary period).
