Credit Union Acceptance Company, LLC Remote

Credit Union Acceptance Company / CU Alliance, LLC is an Indirect Lending CUSO that partners with Area Credit Unions and Dealerships to provide an excellent Auto Buying Experience for Current and New Credit Union Members. The ideal Dealer Representative we are currently looking for could live in Fort Wayne or Muncie, IN; or, Northwest Ohio (Cleveland, Akron, Canton). This is not a start-up area for the representative will oversee the current client base and build new relations.

The Dealer Representative is responsible for promoting the use of company products and services, identify and remove obstacles to continued growth of the company, identify and report competitive business models, support corrective actions initiated against dealerships and maintain professional relationships with key dealership personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The Dealer Representative is responsible for training and supporting company policies with essential dealership personnel. These duties include, but are not limited to:

· Loan Programs and New Products and Services

· Funding Procedures

· Rate Sheet Stipulations & Program Guidelines

The Dealer Representative is responsible for compiling, processing, and recording report data used to measure the progress of the dealership with respect to the performance goals set by the EVP.

· Look to Book Funding data

· Lien holder record data

· Competitive rate sheet gathering

· Weekly call log reporting

· End of month activity reporting

The Dealer Representative will be the liaison between the dealership and the Lending department for the purpose of maximizing loan growth.

· Suggesting specials for a particular market with respect to company’s Pricing Model

· Organizing and attending special meetings or gatherings with customers.

· Study and create action plans to improve business

· Address fraud issues with dealerships

· Report potential lending practice violations to EVP

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions. Ability to solve problems involving several variables in applied applications
  • Must have attention to detail and juggle multiply tasks at once
  • Must be computer literate and proficient with the use of internet, email, Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word.
  • Must have strong written and communication skills. Customer Service
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to all internal and external customers.

EXPERIENCE:

A college degree and/or equivalent years of specific experience in this field is preferred. Experience in a similar position working within indirect lending program is a plus.

Pay:

Salary plus Commission and Bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
