We are seeking a Database Analyst III to support a government program in Chesapeake, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in collaborative environment with various project teams to support team
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepares and participates in client presentations.
- Assists the government with maintenance of CG Portal, a Microsoft SharePoint organized web repository that is private to Coast Guard offices.
- Assists in the management of shared folders, user groups, active directory, and shared mailboxes.
- Creates, modifies, and manages local Access Databases as required by the Government to support PERSEC activities.
- Provides the Government Lead with basic-user support as needed in support of the DCMS-34 training and assessments.
- Provides Agency Administrator services on behalf of the Coast Guard for the e-QIP or successor system. This will require regular interaction with SECCEN customers via telephone, email and written correspondence.
- Performs Agency Administration tasks to include the creation and support of account provisioning, user permissions, settings, and related information.
- Provides general Help Desk support and customer service for systems that support security functions. The Contractor shall stay apprised of software revisions and process updates to ensure changes are reflected in help and training support.
