Essential Job Functions:

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based data systems for the Analytics Team
• Lead a small team of Data Engineers
• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for business growth
• Develop and implement data governance and security protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions
• Stay current with new technologies and trends in data management and analytics
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in the restaurant industry

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SQL and Azure data management
• Experience working with the Azure Cloud Platform
• Hands-on RDBMS experience (data modeling, analysis, programming, stored procedures)
• A deep understanding of relational and warehousing database technology

Physical Demands

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a hybrid office/work from home or a fully remote environment.
• Position involves encounters with members at every level of the organization, vendors, and members of the public, and requires a sense of responsibility to provide a high level of customer service and accurate information
• This position requires a professional approach and demeanor under all conditions

Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year + discretionary annual bonus potential
