Electronic Merchant Systems (EMS) is one of the nation’s largest independently owned bankcard processing companies. In business since 1987, EMS has a national presence with our Corporate Headquarters in Downtown Cleveland
EMS is currently seeking a Full Time Data Entry/File Builder.
Job Duties include –
- Data entry of merchant demographic information
- Utilization of several different software and web-based systems
- Configuration and modification of Credit Card POS terminal programming
- Resolution of merchant and client requests in timely matter
- Verification of application information with outside Sales/Vendors
- Recognizes and assesses problems and issues
- Emphasis placed on precision and speed of task completion
Candidates for this position will have the following skills and experience –
- Familiar with Windows XP operating system
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
- Ability to work in a fast paced office, team environment
- Ability to prioritize duties by deadlines and workflow
- Demonstrate effective problem solving skills
- Ability to articulate and compose business related e-mails
