Position Title: Seasonal Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Reports To: Call Center Manager
Status: Seasonal Non- Exempt
Customer Service Representative Position Purpose:
The Customer Service Representative responsibility is to carry out assignments provide heroic customer service to external and internal customers.
Customer Service Representative Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from external and internal customers
- Create cases for service concerns/request
- Make outbound calls in response to customers service concerns/request
- Accept customer’s work orders and update portal
- Audit case reports
Customer Service Representative Education, Requirements and/or Professional Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required/Associates Degree preferred
- Computer
- Headset
- Reliable Internet
- Quite work space
Customer Service representative Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Salesforce is not required but a plus
- Phone Etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- On-Call daily availability
Customer Service Representative Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and answering phones.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
