THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking success driven customer service team players. Your role:

· Meet the company sales goals by making our company known, sell our products and get prospects in influence of the Branch.

· Build strong customer relationships, working with clients during the whole credit cycle.

· Customize financial solutions that meet clients’ needs and financial goals.

· Ensure that clients clearly understand the terms and conditions of the loan products.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (Our ideal candidate)

· Passionate for Sales

· Being a bilingual English/Spanish is desire.

· Familiar with numeric data and accuracy with computer

· Computer skills: Word, Excel, Typing speed 40 wpm minimum

· High integrity, responsiveness, professionalism and personal boundaries

· Self-motivated, attitude and desire for professional growth

· Goal-oriented and results-deliverer

· Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes

· Ability to learn quickly and multitask

· Use of personal vehicle occasionally (Valid driver's license)

· Willing to learn constantly about the cycle of credit

· Willing to receive constantly feedback in order to improve your credit expertise.
