Customer Service Representative Job at The Pool & Spa Depot
Pool and Spa Depot is now hiring Customer Service Representatives!
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides customer service to our existing customers and potential new customers by extending professional, efficient service and suggesting services and products to meet the customer's needs.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide account information to customers
- Schedule service calls
- Perform account maintenance, create new contacts, update existing contacts, and changes to existing accounts.
- Provide timely resolution to customer complaints, concerns and issues.
- Schedule and coordinate delivery/install of products to customer's homes
- Communicate customer concerns to technical staff.
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and services.
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to multi task.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to use web based software (Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Experience in a Service Department is preferred; but not a requirement.
- Must be fluid and adapt to changes in priorities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
