Summary:
- Calling and connecting with current and previous B2B clients about orders
- Speaking with clients about placing new orders
- Updating them of the status of a current order and it's location
- Account Management duties
Qualifications:
- 2 years CSR experience with business to business
- 1 year of Sales experience with driven goals and guidelines
- Software Programs: Sage, Mass90, Microsoft Office and Excel
- Consistent work history
