Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with client portal and billing set up
- Assist the operations team with client follow-up and communication
- Conduct welcome calls with new clients
- Respond to client questions and concerns via email and phone
- Handle sensitive client documents and information
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly Google Suite)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High school diploma required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic financial literacy
- Professionalism and tact
- Spanish-speaking a plus
