MPF Federal is seeking Customer Service Representative to work remote with strong customer service experience; must be computer savvy - able to maneuver between multiple windows, application systems simultaneously, ability to create, copy, edit, save and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook; High Speed Internet / direct connection to a modem and distraction free area to work / professional background a must.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Respond to incoming calls from Veteran or Providers.
• Primary role is to schedule medical related appointments for our Veterans
• Place outbound calls to Veterans/Providers to obtain information regarding referral
• Ask appropriate questions and listen actively while documenting required information in computer systems
• Ongoing quality improvement for Veteran and Provider interactions
• Providing Excellent Customer Care to our Veterans and Providers

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Health Care/Insurance environment
• Familiar with medical terminology (CPT Codes, Diagnosis Codes)
• Customer Service Experience (Member/Provider)
• Call Center Experience (Inbound/Outbound)
• Must be computer savvy - able to maneuver between multiple windows, application systems simultaneously, ability to create, copy, edit, save and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• High Speed Internet / direct connection to a modem - Must be able to connect directly into internet – via hard wire (either directly to modem or router)
• Distraction free area to work / professional background - Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• COVID-19 vaccine and proof of full vaccination required
