RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Assisting customers with booking air cargo and private charter flights, including gathering all necessary information and processing payments
- Coordinating with other departments such as operations, maintenance, and accounting to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and flight details
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist with client requests such as arranging hotel accommodations, catering, and ground transportation to ensure a flawless flight experience.
- Assist with sales and provide prompt and accurate price quoting to customers, handle high call/email volume, and produce quotes quickly.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of similar customer service experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of products
- 30+ WPM Typing Speed
