Position Summary:

This position supports our Waring, Cuisinart, Appliance, Hair Brush & Accessories, and Professional lines of business. This position will be located in our East Windsor, NJ facility.

Responsibilities:

Works closely with Conair Customer Service Representatives, Commission Representatives, and Conair Sales Operations.

The CSR also works with our retail customers to receive and process EDI and manually entered paper orders.

  • Preparing, entering, and processing customer orders for shipment in SAP.
  • Telephone/email contact with Sales Reps. and customers

Years of Experience:

  • Strong Preference for a minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience, preferably in a CPG environment.

Education Required:

  • Associates degree is a plus

Special Skills or Qualifications required:

  • Candidate must be computer literate with strong excel skills, excellent data entry skills and be capable of following various protocol and procedures.
  • Prior experience with SAP and Microsoft will give candidates an edge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, be detailed oriented, well organized, and have the ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • EDI knowledge is desired, along with prior experience handling heavy email volume.
  • Timeliness, excellent attendance and reliability are a must.

Environmental Factors:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (% if needed)
  • Must be Covid-19 vaccinated.
  • We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the office 50% of time.
