Customer Service Representative

*Non-Call Center experience required.*

Emhart Glass is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our sales department by responding to customers’ inquiries regarding parts, repairs, and warranties.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities and tasks will include but are not limited to:

· All activities necessary to support quotations, order acceptance, scheduling, acknowledgment, specifications, deliveries, and invoices.

· Coordinating with field sales and product managers to meet customers’ needs.

· Processing customer complaints and coordinating response with Quality and Manufacturing.

· Creating Return Material Authorizations and providing follow-up on non-warranty returns.

· Coordinating shipments with all source Shipping departments and warehouses.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, or High School diploma with more than five years of customer service experience.

· Three to five years of customer service experience in a manufacturing field.

  • Import/export experience.

· Able to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and written.

· Knowledge of import/export terminology and processes strongly preferred.

· Ability to communicate in Spanish in a business setting would be helpful but is not required.
