During a typical day, you will...

  • Provide our customers with detailed phone consultations
  • Develop individual solutions based on the pest control needs of our customers
  • Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for pest control issues and concerns
  • Schedule appointments with customers
  • Coordinate with the office and technicians to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new and current customers
  • Work with current customers to answer questions and resolve concerns
  • Take detailed notes for customers to ensure complete follow through when scheduling appointments
  • Adhere to a high standard of ethics at all times

Previous experience as a manager or office administrator would be an advantage. A successful customer service manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the customer service manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations. Must be dependable, on time and high energy to keep jobs running. Management experience included, but not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Drive
  • Technology savvy. Understanding and experience with electronic data, various databases, QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Microsoft office suite and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills and the ability to contribute to and work within a team, problem solving, and work independently
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve
  • Prioritizing and multitasking
  • Become an expert at all internal systems and support in basic technology troubleshooting
  • Data entry
  • Organizing & maintaining files
  • Excel spreadsheets
  • Review voicemails, provide messages. Interact with clients and build relationships with them by phone and email. Improve communication with clients, such as sending reminder emails, confirmation emails, seeking reviews, etc.
  • Experience in the pest control industry a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
