Working with Dyehard Fan Supply (part of the Teall Capital Partners' family) at Iowa State events will give you the opportunity to interact with Cyclones' fans and help supply them with awesome team merchandise. You will be the friendly face our visitors see and seek out when stopping by any of our locations.
What You'll Do as an Event Customer Service Associate
- Engage with Cy's Locker Room team and customers to provide excellent customer service
- Display a positive attitude and promote teamwork
- Exhibit professionalism in appearance and conduct
- Follow company procedures in running the cash register and take initiative in doing other tasks
- Stock, price, and organize merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness at the store and event location
