Job Details as a Customer Service Associate:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM and 3rd Saturdays of every month 8AM-12PM for meetings in office.
• Pay: $17 per hour
• Contract to Hire role!

Job Requirements as a Customer Service Associate:

• 2 years of High Volume Call Center experience.
• Experience with Excel is preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Access to a computer for remote training.

Job Description as a Customer Service Associate:

• The Customer Service Associate will answer up to 200 inbound calls regarding ticket violations.
• Process incoming mail and email correspondence as a Customer Service Associate.
• Update database with accurate and recent information as a Customer Service Associate.
